As a Maternal Health Advocate, Asia provides resources and support to those dealing with social determinants of health. She coordinates the delivery of healthy food and actively promotes healthy eating within the community. She works closely with program participants to collaborate on solutions.

Asia has a credential in Community Health Work from St. Louis Community College.

As a volunteer, Asia has contributed to several community programs including Meals on Wheels, Big Brother Big Sister, and Crisis Nursery.

In her personal time, Asia enjoys skating and makes it a point to go on at least two vacation trips a year. She is a proud mother to her daughter, Zuri, and also takes care of three dogs: a miniature poodle named Rocky, and two bullies, Stormi and Ghost.
