Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1-2


  • 1/4-1/3 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Optional Toppings:

  • fresh sliced bananas and pineapple
  • fresh berries
  • shredded coconut
  • chopped nuts
  • dried fruit
  • a drizzle of nut butter


  1. In a blender or food processor, add 1/4 cup milk, banana, pineapple and honey.
  2. Blend on low speed until the mixture is thick and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed. The mixture will be thick! Add more milk if too thick.
  3. Scoop the smoothie into a bowl and top with toppings of your choice!
