1 pound. ground turkey
1 onion, small diced
2 carrots, grated
1, 10oz. can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1, 15oz. can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
To serve: Spicy Pineapple Salsa (recipe below), Corn Tortillas, Whole Wheat Burrito Wrap, Tortilla Chips, or Brown Rice
