Donor-Advised Funds
You can recommend a gift to Operation Food Search directly from your donor-advised fund (DAF). This simple, flexible option allows you to make a lasting impact while maximizing your charitable giving strategy.
To make giving easier, we’ve added a DAF tool. Click below to use this simple tool that guides you through the DAF process and connects you directly to your fund manager.
IRA Rollover
Individuals age 70½ and older may transfer up to $100,000 annually from their IRA accounts directly to OFS without recognizing the distribution as income on their tax returns. Contact our Chief Development Officer, Ellen Reed-Fox.
Tax Deductions
In 2026, taxpayers can claim the standard deduction as well as an additional deduction for charitable contributions—up to $1,000 for single filers and $2,000 for those married filing jointly.
Missouri State Tax Credit Benefits
