April 2026 (ST. LOUIS) – Operation Food Search has announced that Rosalynn J. Robinson, a human resources leader with 20 years of experience serving executive leaders, has joined the team as Director of Human Resources.

In this role within the Senior Leadership Team, Robinson will be responsible for both the strategic and operational execution of all people, culture, and human resources functions at Operation Food Search. She will combine people strategy and leadership capacity with hands-on HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, and DEI initiatives.

Robinson comes to Operation Food Search after directing human resource divisions at Miriam School of Learning, Ranken Technical College, and BJC Healthcare.
