Government & Community Relations Director
The Director of Government & Community Relations reports to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and shall promote and support efforts to create systemic change through community-based networks through legislative process and legislative advocacy with elected officials. This person will lead, support, and provide oversight to the various initiatives within the department that may include participating in research studies, convening stakeholders, contributing to Operation Food Search’s media presence, partnering with other community organizations, and centering community voice.

The Operations Associates directly assists the MetroMarket Leads in running the MetroMarket Mobile Market and warehouse tasks. Operations Associates are involved in a rich variety of tasks and skills including customer service, produce display, quality control, community engagement, maintaining a clean and vibrant sales environment, and assisting with load on/load off. This position is fun and fast paced, requiring high energy, fast learning, a great attitude, and the ability to think on your feet.
