Congratulations to our Employee of the Quarter for Fall 2022: Melissa Weissler, director of child and community nutrition.
The Employee of the Quarter Program recognizes outstanding employees who exhibit outstanding qualities and contributions. Nominees are evaluated based on specific criteria that includes leadership, work relationships, achievements, customer service, and performance.

From dealing with external partners to steering OFS into a more innovative future, Melissa thinks through every situation thoroughly. Melissa is also always investing in her team. She recognizes success and helps her team learn from shortcomings. An OFS without Melissa would be like a team without a coach… She’s also definitely our biggest cheerleader!”
