MOVERS AND SHAKERS
Carmen Berry, OFS Manager of Nutrition Education Programs, was recently selected as one of St. Louis Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. The annual 40 Under 40 Awards salute young professionals making a difference in their organizations and communities.
Carmen is responsible for the programs that teach low-income kids, teens, families, parents, and adults how to plan, shop, and prepare healthy and delicious meals that are affordable. Because these families are frequently preparing meals at home, strategies to help make those home-cooked meals last are critical in the fight to end childhood hunger.
Carmen will be presented with her award by the St. Louis Business Journal on Feb. 13.
