Canstruction® St. Louis 2026

For the first time ever, Operation Food Search (OFS) is hosting Canstruction® St. Louis 2026, a design competition where teams of architects, engineers, contractors, designers, and students use unopened canned food to create large-scale sculptures. When the exhibition wraps up, every can will be donated directly to Operation Food Search to help feed families across the St. Louis region.

Awards & Recognition
Teams will compete in the following categories: Best Original Design; Structural Ingenuity; Best Use of Labels; Most Cans Used. A panel of professionals—including an architect, pop graffiti artist, food distributor, retired engineer, and community leader—will judge the entries. The public will determine the People’s Choice Award.
