For the first time ever, Operation Food Search (OFS) is hosting Canstruction® St. Louis 2026—a one-of-a-kind design competition where teams of architects, engineers, contractors, designers, and students use unopened canned food to build jaw-dropping, larger-than-life sculptures.
When the exhibition wraps up, every single can goes directly to Operation Food Search to help fight hunger across the St. Louis region.
That means your imagination and teamwork will help feed families, one can at a time.

How It Works
- Build Your Team: Form your dream design/build crew and register.
- Design Your Sculpture: Dream big—anything is possible with cans!
- Plan & Prep: OFS will help you acquire the cans and materials you need.
- Build Day: Bring your design to life at Plaza Frontenac.
- Celebrate & Compete: Your structure will be displayed for public viewing and voting!
