As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in the OFS Nutrition Department, Molly works across Food is Medicine and Community Nutrition programs. Molly uses her WIC experience to help create education curriculum and evaluation tools for the Nourishing Healthy Starts study. Molly also contributes nutrition and sustainable agriculture expertise when providing cooking demonstrations and nutrition presentations for a variety of organizations across the region.

Molly earned her Bachelor of Science and Nutrition from the College of the Ozarks. She is also a registered RDN/LDN. She held a dietetic internship at Delicious Living Nutrition, focusing on sustainable agriculture. In addition, she has volunteered for Elevate Branson and at many of her church’s services.

Molly truly enjoys all things food, whether trying new foods and restaurants or cooking and foraging. Beyond food, she likes going outside and hiking, swimming, traveling, and spending time with her nephews. Her goofy and a’dork’able Bernadoodle puppy commands her attention.

From Molly:

“I am honored to have the opportunity to work to improve health inequities in my community through innovative programs and studies that will hopefully lead to policy change surrounding medically tailored food packages and nutrition education.”
