Brittany creates recipes, does cooking assessments, and leads one-on-one and group cooking classes for participants in the Fresh Rx program. Her focus in on empowering families to prepare and share delicious and nutritious foods.
A 2008 graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago, Brittany is currently working on her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at St. Louis University.
In addition, Brittany is a combat medic in the Army National Guard.
