Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch medium width asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
  2. Cut 1 inch off the end of asparagus stalks
  3. Toss with remaining ingredients
  4. Spread evenly on baking sheet
  5. Bake until slightly browned, about 8-10 minutes
