Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 8 oz. low-fat or fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup whipped topping

Directions:

Mix the first 3 ingredients together.  Then fold in whipped cream and serve with fresh fruit.
