- 4-5 broccoli florets
- 1 stalk celery, washed
- 1 carrot, washed and peeled
- Low-fat veggie dip or low-fat dressing
- Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces.

- Put dip or dressing in the bottom or your lettuce bowl.
