Ingredients:

  • 1 leaf of iceberg lettuce
  • 4-5 broccoli florets
  • 1 stalk celery, washed
  • 1 carrot, washed and peeled
  • Low-fat veggie dip or low-fat dressing

Directions:

  1. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces.
  2. Cut the carrot and celery into skinny sticks.
  3. Put dip or dressing in the bottom or your lettuce bowl.
  4. Fill your bowl with the veggies.
  5. Enjoy an entirely edible veggie treat!
