- Cooking spray
- Tortilla, wrap, English muffin halves, or flatbread
- 1/4 cup of your favorite pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup of your favorite veggies, chopped
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Lay tortilla, wrap, English muffin halves, or flatbread on cookie sheet. Coat one side with cooking spray.
- Bake for 7 minutes.
- When crust is done, spread with sauce and top with vegetables and cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese melts.
