Ingredients:

  • Cooking spray
  • Tortilla, wrap, English muffin halves, or flatbread
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite veggies, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Lay tortilla, wrap, English muffin halves, or flatbread on cookie sheet. Coat one side with cooking spray.
  3. Bake for 7 minutes.
  4. When crust is done, spread with sauce and  top with vegetables and cheese.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese melts.
