Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs red potatoes
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup fat free plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup minced red onions
  • 1/2 cup minced fresh dill

Directions:

Boil potatoes until tender. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over potatoes. Mix well and chill.
