DESCRIPTION:During the Christmas season\, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints invites people everywhere to light the world by lifting and serving others in small and simple ways. \nOne unique\, fun\, and memorable aspect of the Light the World initiative is the popular Giving Machines. These customized vending machines allow the public to donate necessary products and services to those in need worldwide. Giving Machine items often include food\, clean water\, medical care\, clothing\, education support\, hygiene kits\, and even livestock\, such as chickens\, goats\, pigs\, and beehives. \nSt. Louis receives the Giving Machines from December 11th\, 2025\, through January 1st\, 2026. The machines are a perfect way to love\, share\, and invite others to Christ this Christmas. One hundred percent of every donation is given to the participating nonprofit organizations to purchase and deliver the donated item. This happens because the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints covers all Giving Machine operating costs. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhen: Dec. 11th\, 2025 – Jan. 1st\, 2026 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhere: West County Center\, St. Louis\, 80 W County Center Dr\, Des Peres\, MO 63131. On the 2nd floor in front of Dick’s Sporting Goods.

SUMMARY:Warners' Warm-Up
DESCRIPTION:The 23rd annual Warners’ Warm-up Coat Drive will be held from Oct. 23 – Nov. 5. First Things First\, Kurt & Brenda Warner\, and Operation Food Search are asking for support from the greater St. Louis community with the donation of new and gently-used winter coats of all shapes and sizes for bi-state residents in need. There are more than 100 drop-off locations throughout the region. \nWhat started in 2001 as a one-day drive prior to a St. Louis Rams game has turned into an annual event with approximately 10\,000 coats collected each year. OFS distributes the coats collected to our network of schools\, shelters and social service centers. To date\, approximately 290\,000 coats have been distributed in the St. Louis area. \nFind drop off locations and online donation options here.

For each one sold\, we’ll donate 50¢ to Operation Food Search. \nThis delicious new menu item was created by Katie Collier of Katie’s Pizza and Pasta for the Eat Like a King\, Judged by a Cub event in Feb. of 2020.
