-Cooking Demonstrations

-Shopping Matters™: a guided grocery store tour that helps families make healthy and affordable choices.

-Hunger 101: teaches participants about issue and barriers faced by our community members facing food insecurity.

What We Supply:

-Food
-Supplies
-Educated staff and volunteers
-Take home groceries for participants in Cooking Matters course (except Kids)
