A registered dietitian, Leslie Bertsch is proud to be part of the Operation Food Search team. Leslie says, “Operation Food Search is not just about providing food to those in need, but also about educating people on how to make better food choices so that they can not only have enough food, but also have enough healthy food.” Leslie is a foodie and has never met a vegetable or fruit that she did not like!
